Participation in ICC Complaints Committee

Imayam is working as a ICC member in 19 mills in Coimbatore District. Every month, sexual harassment meeting will be conducted for the adolescent girls who are working in the mill about „good touch“ and „bad touch.“ this program is conducting unter the prevention of sexual harassment act 2013. Sexual harassment incidents will be solved through counseling service.
