Partnership with MSI-TN for sexual Harassment Programmes

Imayam has got programs through SAVE NGO Thirpur to implement sexual harassment meetings in textile units in Coimbatore District. under this program, ten mills are selected where sexual awareness meeting with HR Personell, workers, middle level managers, ICC Capacity Building Trainings will be organized. The team of staff trained as TOT trainers for this program.
