women empowerment project

Through ACC, Tailoring and fashion Designing course was conducted for the women, at Madukkarai Black. The main aim of the project is to provide livelihood to the rural women through Tailoring course. A qualified Teacher appointed and 6 months course with Tailoring and Fashion Technology syllabus was educated at DISHA Centre, Madukkarai.
62 women got well trained on basic Tailoring and fashion designing course. 52 Women has learned about Aari Embroidery Training. This training is very popular in current scenario and gives good income especially during the wedding season. All the training women has made a separate album and provided with course completion certificate.
As a follow up 50% a women are doing tailoring work in various companies 25% a women are doing self-employment like Aari Embroidery centre.
